Abstract

With the advent of the digital era, digital transformation has become a core driving force for global enterprise development. As an important component of the national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in promoting economic growth and innovation. However, due to limited resources, insufficient technological accumulation, and loose management systems, SMEs face numerous challenges in the process of digital transformation. This paper explores optimization strategies for the strategic adaptation paths of SMEs under the background of digital transformation, focusing on analyzing the impact of digital transformation on SMEs’ strategic adaptation. It further proposes corresponding optimization paths by integrating technological innovation, market orientation, organizational structure, and management model innovation. By thoroughly examining the strategic adjustment mechanisms of SMEs in the process of digital transformation, this paper aims to provide effective strategic guidance for SMEs to achieve long-term sustainable development amidst the digital wave.
