Given that the speed and direction of change in demand for digital-intelligent finance and business talent are different, various teaching methods and job-matching systems need to be developed by the training centre accordingly. The three levels of the proposed system are changes in teaching concepts, modifications to work systems and cooperative models, etc. The four Areas of Competence have been divided into the following four sub-areas: Data Perception, Logical Deduction, Decision Response and Value Evaluation, and based on this, the training content has been arranged in modules and a task-oriented immersive system has been developed. Dynamic Job Profiling is a virtual-reality collaborative task chain, and Personalised Path Generation in this paper is used to construct a job adaptation mechanism. Optimisation of Module and Function Mapping, Design of Dynamic Resource Scheduling Rules, Construction of an Effectiveness-Competency Calibration Model, Coordination of Teaching Elements and Job Requirements: An Investigation in this Paper. Provide the theoretical basis and technical path for the Design of the teaching model at the training centre in this paper.
