The emergence of Yi Jing (Book of Changes) is rooted in profound rational principles. as an important document from the early stages of Chinese civilization, Vandermeersch believes that the origins of Yi Jing underwent a leap from intellectual abstraction to numerical rationality, evolving into a mature semi-automatic "rational toolset". The formation of Yi Jing provided a key norms for early Chinese intellectual communities.
