The cultivation and development of foreign-related legal talents is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the globalization trend and promote the construction of a rule-of-law country. This study aims to explore career planning guidance strategies for foreign-related legal talents. Through an analysis of the current situation of their careers, it proposes effective career planning guidance strategies, with the goal of providing theoretical and practical guidance for the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents.
